Did you know you can enjoy character dining at Disneyland even without a theme park ticket? At Storytellers Cafe inside the Grand Californian Hotel, you can enjoy Mickey’s Tales of Adventure character dining every day for breakfast and brunch.

The all you can eat buffet is kid approved!

Storytellers Cafe offers an all you can eat buffet, which includes non-alcoholic beverages and a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods. Some of the specialty items include Beef Top Round, Chilaquiles, Mickey waffles, and cereal milk!

As you enjoy your meal, Mickey and friends frequently dance and parade throughout the restaurant. The character experience may change in the near future, but consistently the characters you can find at Storytellers include Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale and Pluto.

While you don’t need a theme park ticket or park reservation to visit Storytellers Cafe, we highly recommend making a dining reservation. You can make a dining reservation up to 60 days in advance on the Disneyland website or on the official app. A walk-up list is sometimes available through the app, but we don’t recommend relying on this option.
