One of the most exclusive dining reservations you can make at the Disneyland Resort is the Brunch at the Lamplight Lounge, formerly known as the Cove Bar. This restaurant is known for its amazing lobster nachos and creative cocktails! During the 2022 Food and Wine Festival, we were able to attend a mixology seminar with two of the head bartenders from the Lamplight Lounge.
During this seminar, they also shared some of their best tips for mixing cocktails at home, as well as their favorite drinks and dishes from the restaurant. These seminars are held throughout the festival, and can also include beer or wine. For $25 per person, guests receive all the ingredients and tools they need to craft their own cocktail, plus you get enjoy it at the end!
