Come celebrate Lunar New Year at the Disneyland Resort during the Year of the Tiger. This Festival at Disney California Adventure park features traditional foods, live entertainment, and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Meet rare characters, including Raya (from Raya and the Last Dragon), Mulan, and Mushu. This year, Tigger joins Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, dressing up in a new festive outfit. Most characters can be found at the Gazebo by Paradise Garden Grill, although Raya is tucked away in the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.
You can try foods from 4 different booths, as well as from several quick service restaurants throughout Disney California Adventure. There is also a Sip and Savor Pass available for purchase which offers guests 6 tasting cards for $43, or $40 for Magic Key Passholders. We tried several of these items, including the Tiger Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba and the new vegan Fried Rice from Paradise Garden Grill. Both were delicious and we highly recommend them! We also suggest that you mobile order all of your food and beverage items whenever possible. Keep in mind, you can only redeem your Sip and Savor cards in person and cannot use mobile order for them.
Children of all ages can enjoy a coloring station across from the Golden Zephyr, as well as Mulan’s Lunar New Year Processional Parade, located in the same area as the food booths. Please check out our other videos and blog posts for a full performance of the Parade, plus complete food guide and reviews on the food booth menus!
